Refund policy

Since our Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable services we do not provide refunds after the subscription is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing  on the Website. Only incase your transaction failed and amount got debited from account you may contact us for refund. The refund process will be initiated within 1 hour of your complaint we will pass the case to our payment gateway. The refund will be credited within the timeframe mentioned below. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read service description before making payment.

• Debit/credit card: 5 to 7 working days

• RuPay credit card: 7 working days

• Wallet or Gift card: 3 to 5 working days
